The concept of book spine poetry appeared in 1993 with Nina Katchadourian’s Sorted Books project. Katchadourian began collecting interesting titles and arranging them in clusters so the spines could be read like a sentence(s) or poem.

Hi , you must be spending quite a while arranging this to make sense.
LOL 😀 I sit in front of my library cupboard and keep looking at my books and since it is just the beginning, it is easy to do! I dont know how it would be after a while when I would have used all the possible options! 😀

I cried when I read Dear John..donno why..felt very sad 🙁
I know what you mean, Latha! A “Dear John letter” is a letter written to a husband or boyfriend to inform him that their relationship is over, usually because the author has found another lover. But this book Dear John from Nicholas Sparks is a romantic drama about a soldier who falls for a conservative college student while he’s home on leave.
I didn’t feel sad for the boy..my sadness is for his dad who suffers from Asperger syndrome..
