    1. Yes, this portal will be very helpful for both the parents and children in selecting the college and course of their choice. Gives them a wider range to select from and all that at one place.

  1. This looks very useful and informative. My son is in his second year of doing a business degree. I told him about the site and now he is enthused with the idea of going to study in India. His cousin from Montreal is studying in China so why not? I’m sure he’ll check out the site.

    1. Oh yes, India is an education hub and attracts students from foreign countries for a wide range of professional courses and institutions! Your son must explore his options definitely in India, Cathy 🙂

    1. Yes, there was a gap and this kind of comprehensive info is very much needed in today’s times. Glad that it is now available at one site! Thanks Ma’am 🙂

  2. This is a great idea!
Of course, the website cannot be called a one-stop shop right now. Quite a few reputed institutions are not featured.
Secondly, they can give more information to help aspirants narrow their search to a few options. At that stage, aspirants can get further information from the institutions or their websites.
It is certainly a good start! Best wishes to collegedunia to make their website even better!

    1. Agree. Even I didn’t find my alma mater here! But it is a start-up. Was launched in August. They currently have information on 15000 colleges and universities across India. They aim to include about 30000 educational institutions by the end of 2014. So hopefully it would get better!

    1. We were students in a different time. Remember, we didn’t even had Google for our project reports and notes, it was just books and libraries! 🙂

  3. Are you now looking forward to becoming a doctor?
Are you planning to pursue your medical education at a university abroad?
Do you want to study medicine in one of the best universities in the world?
If your answer is yes, then how many options do you have? Very few. Right?
A few developed countries can provide the best medical higher education in the world.
One of those developed countries is Germany.
