The Price of Love
The truth shook him to the core and in a fit of rage he hit her.
The look of disbelief turning into serene understanding baffled him.
Her explanation to the doctor about her wound further disturbed him.
In a flash, he understood it all. She had done it, only for him.
“Please forgive me, Ma.”
