This is at Chotiwala Restaurant, Haridwar! It’s a famous restaurant and an old one at that!
Father started it then the 2 sons split, so now there are 2 Chotiwala’s next to each other and both the guys, dress up like this and sit outside the restaurant in the evenings! 😀

He is dressed up like a South Indian Pundit.. with NAAMAM on his forehead…but can’t understand the painted face !
