Mackarel in Tomato Sauce

Today, KG made Mackarel in Tomato Sauce. Mackarel is one of his favourite fish. It belongs to same family as tuna. A firm-fleshed, oil-rich fish with a torpedo-like shape and iridescent silver and blue striped skin. Mackerel is a delicious nutritious fish, with intense creamy meat packed with omega-3 fatty acids.

Mackarel in Tomato Sauce is a very simple and easy to make recipe.

  1. If it looks so delicious, I’m quite sure it must taste just as good. My mouth’s watering…now where did my breakfast go…I’m already hungry!
