Rage
Everything about her was beautiful. Her carefree laughter, her playful banter, so much poise… grace … he thought, as he played with her curly hair.
“She is pretty as a field of spring flowers”, said his friend. He had smiled then.
Now, the look in her eyes will haunt him forever, as she lay lifeless.

Changed it on ‘popular feedback’ (Is there a word like this??, I mean like popular demand!!!)
Most of the time, only the black text was visible on the background of black wooden planks! So changed it to something simpler this time!! 🙂

A poll is done, when in doubt or when you need some answers…this time I know the answer and am not in doubt at all!
I know Simplicity is the best policy, this time!! 😉

I know, I need to thank you! 🙂

Hi Shilpa,
I was sick for few weeks,so did not check out your blog for sometime.I liked this 55 fiction stuff.I wrote one in my blog in fiction category. It was a continuation of 55 fiction story of another blogger friend, but it can be read in isolation as an independent story.
I have written a 55 fiction follow up for your story too. This too makes a independent read.Check it out. Here it goes
He loved her dearly, more than even himself. She was intelligent, humane and adorable. He knew it couldn’t be just an accident. Why should she fall off a terrace just like that?
A dream answered his doubts. It was his friend, who too loved her but not enough to sacrifice his love. He sacrificed her.
