” You have to go back,” she added hesitantly.

Reading 55 fiction after ages I think. Good one 🙂
Even I am writing one after a long time! Thanks A 🙂
Very cool. I would be intimidated by such a word limit, but you’ve done good.
55 Fiction is fun and challenging! Try it out! Glad you liked it! 🙂
Fantastic fifty five fiction…. Great idea for this and cool story – sad, but true! 🙂
Thanks Corinne! True, it is a common story now-a-days, sadly!

Wow nice one. This is my first time to hear about 55 Fiction. I only know about the 100-word stories contest held by Reader’s Digest and I didn’t even attempt to write one. Haha. Kudos to you.
Oh you must try this out, Dee. It is fun to express yourself in limited words… I like it when I have to work on either adding a word or deleting 1-2 words to make it a perfect 55! 🙂 Thanks Dee 🙂

Oh 🙁 Feeling bad for them. Great post….loved your story. Have heard such stories so many times from friends, but each time I do FEEL for both parties. The ‘if only’ lingers…..
Good job!

People who fall for ‘sparks’ either need to be very young or never grew up. Somehow, not growing up has got a cult status in our society!

Nice. I’ve written a few micro-fiction pieces before and they’re hard to do. You really did a great job here.
Wow! Would love to see your micro fiction, Clarissa 🙂 Thanks 🙂
How do you manage to tell a story in just 55 words? A challenge it is, and you’ve done a great job. I don’t think I could ever pull off something like this.
I am sure you can, Cynthia! Try it! 🙂
Commendable! I can’t do it either 🙂
Not fair…wish to know more. Well spun.
