There’s something magical about a bazaar.
It’s always abuzz with lively sights, sounds and smells, she observes nonchalantly.
Listlessly, she buys some things and rushes to her car to get away from it all.
“Madam, your bag”, says the panting boy.
She turns towards him with shock or may be surprise as the bomb explodes.

Oh dear! So she didn’t get away in time. She got what she deserved, but sadly, so many innocent lives were lost for no reason.
I am thinking about the innocent boy and feeling sad for him….for her it was karma i think
Oh My God
Your tale telling is such a breeze Shilpa, I get caught up in the stories everyday! Excellent one today as well! Cheers 🙂

Goodness, you gave me shivers, Shilpa. This is chilling.
But very good as always.
Tit for Tat!
Sadly the little boy doing a good deed had to pay the price for evil.
Yikes! I had to re-read to be sure. Spine chilling Shilpa. Excellent.
Feel sad for so many innocent lives lost coz of these attacks….
Oh gosh! I felt a rippling sensation inside and your post does its bit to remind us of being more aware of unattended bag in our surroundings. Brilliantly weaved.
I always believe Karma has its own way of coming back to you. She got what she planned for others.
I wish Karma caught up with people so quick!
😀
Happy AtoZing!

Woaaahhh! I didn’t see that coming. Just like her.
As you sow, so shall you reap became a reality sooner than she must have realised!! This was one of your best, Shilpa!

I’m going with her being the evil terrorist who tried to get away with it!
What a twist ..I would have never guessed it. Another good one Shilpa. 🙂
Gosh! She got what she did 😉
A story of our times. Truly tragic that the innocent are caught up in this horror.
I’ve given you a wee shout out on my blog today.
Boom. You still catch me unawares every time.
Another day in Amble Bay!
Yikes! You are such a pro at zinging us with the twist at the end! Well done! Another great short piece!
The sad truth of the world we live in. An ordinary trip to an ordinary bazaar can so easily become a terrible tragedy.
Powerful story! Terrorist attacks can claim too many innocent lives in the blink of an eye
