It’s a Wet Thursday today!
Last year, while we were waiting for our lunch at the rooftop restaurant of our hotel in Mcleodganj, suddenly it was all dark and in a flash of a second, it started raining heavily.
Aaryan and his friends, immediately rushed onto the terrace. The boys had a wonderful time by getting soaked in the torrential downpour, all the while running around and jumping on the rain drops.
The fun of watching the kids play in the rains along with the smell emanating from the wet earth and the fresh lush green look of the trees around, brought happiness and smiles on everyone’s face.

Nice picture.
It is so much fun to get wet in the rain…and then have a garam pyali of masala chai.
Dark rain clouds arriving in a whiff.
Noon turning into dusk. And rain drops like waterfalls pouring down perhaps telling this is the great deluge. I remember this scene during stay at hill stations. To get cuddled up in the cosy bed in the hotel room while it pours till the world end outside is wonderful both for kids and oldies!
Aha! I used to do the same as Aryan is doing when I was his age.:) You know, yesterday night it rained and I was remembering the same. :):)
