  1. Is that all mushrooms, or only certain ones? I’ve never heard about them being a good source of Vitamin D.

  2. Vitamin D has been a major concern for me in the last few years, coz I have to keep myself covered up in the sun due to the skin allergy. So for me, supplement is the way to go currently,
