The dish looked amazingly delicious. She looked at it appreciatively and ate it with great relish as I sat opposite her and frowned.
She knew she was looking stunning! All she did was smile and went about doing her work.
I am worried for her, now!!

Oh, this word is not coined by me. I read about it on Twitter a few days ago and after reading yours and Tulika’s comment, I just Googled the word ‘Low selfie esteem’ and I got 1,74,000 results in 0.41 seconds! So, pretty old/used word 😀
